Food Mood Connection

Food is such a huge player in the health of our mood. 

90% of our serotonin (the neurotransmitter that makes us feel relaxed and like all is well) is made in our gut. But only if we have the right team of bacteria and our digestion is up to par. The gut is known as our 'second brain' and has so much to share with us about healthy mood. In this class we will learn about how to support an optimistic attitude through the foods we eat.
